All replacement and return requests can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
How to return or replace my order?
Step 1: To make the return or replacement of your purchase easier for you, there are 3 simple ways. You can choose any of them to make your request.
Send us a mail sharing your query at [email protected] For all requests for returns and refunds, send us pictures of the product/s from different angles along with the tags and packaging.

Step 2: Once the request has been processed and you get a confirmation, send us the products via courier on the below address-

Please return to us the unused merchandise in original packing (Same box in which the merchandise was sent to you) for inspection.
Replacement will be couriered to you after approvals from our Quality Controller.
In case the replacement isn’t available, a credit note will be available for unhampered products.
In case you wish to return the product, the amount excluding the bank charges will be returned on approval from our Quality Controller.

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing
For all cases of returns, the products need to be Self shipped by Customer.
Once received at the above address, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals, tags and labels (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Packaging Product’s original packaging/ box should be intact.
The Quality Controller will refuse to accept the returns if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products that are returned, the amount will be credited back to the source from where the payment was made.
